Blueberry Granola Power Smoothie

If you guys follow me on Instagram, you know what a big breakfast fan I am!! Breakfast is easily my favorite meal of the day and I wake up early every morning to prepare it. I feel like if you’re set with a good, filling and nutritious breakfast, your day is going to be that much better. I have a few favorites that I rotate through, and give my kids the same thing that we eat ourselves. I’m a huge fan of eggs with sausage or bacon, whole grain waffles or pancakes, French toast made with leftovers of my sourdough bread and smoothies! MANY days, I will just make a giant family smoothie and serve up some sourdough toast with butter alongside it.  Today I am sharing our current favorite combination with you all! Recently, I spent some time with the Real California Milk folks and I was reminded, yet again, of the importance of dairy as a great form of protein in the morning.
